Four of the eight partners in Phillips & Akers will leave the Houston trial firm in June to form their own small litigation firm.
Bradley Bingham says he and partners Lisa Gage Mann, Jennifer House and Rick Gibson will form Bingham, Gage, House & Gibson on June 26, where they will continue to do defense work. Bingham says he expects two associates from Phillips & Akers to join them at the new firm, but he declines to identify them.
