Qualcomm charges that Nokia in the United Kingdom violated two patents for its mobile devices. San Diego-based Qualcomm -- which is suing Finland-based Nokia in the Patents Court of the Higher Court of England and Wales -- said it is seeking an injunction and damages related to Nokia phones already sold.
