Was it shoddy reporting or an April Fool's joke? Medical malpractice specialist Jack Olender recently e-mailed a copy of an article he said was posted on a newspaper Web site on April 1, naming one of his firm's attorneys as lead counsel in a case that produced a win of $17 million in damages. But the newspaper has no record of the article, and the attorney says she didn't work on the case.
