The Charleston School of Law has been recommended for provisional accreditation, the highest form of accreditation a new law school can receive, officials said Monday. The American Bar Association's recommendation puts the school a step closer to full accreditation, however. The Charleston School of Law opened its doors in 2004 and now has about 400 students.
