Broward County, Fla., Clerk of the Courts Howard Forman said he’s waiting for Broward Chief Judge Dale Ross to decide whether to issue an order to post court docket information on more than 100 civil cases that have been entirely hidden from public view.

In an interview Monday, Forman said he met with Ross last week regarding these supersealed cases, which first were reported by the Miami Herald on Sunday. Forman said he asked Ross if he planned to issue an order instructing Forman’s office to reveal the docket information, including parties and case numbers.
