Mark Rogge claims Wal-Mart short-sheeted him, and he’s not going to take it lying down.

As the lead plaintiff in a proposed national class action, the Weston, Fla., man sued Wal-Mart on Tuesday, alleging that the world’s largest retailer knowingly sold sheets with much lower thread counts than the packages listed.
