As the lead plaintiff in a proposed national class action, Rogge alleges that the world's largest retailer knowingly sold sheets with much lower thread counts than the packages listed. Also this week, attorneys Gary Farmer Jr. and Edward Zebersky filed a similar lawsuit in New Jersey federal court against home goods retailer Bed Bath & Beyond, with Zebersky's sister-in-law as the lead plaintiff.
