A former security employee for Del Laboratories has filed a lawsuit accusing the company's ex-chairman and CEO Dan K. Wassong of sexually harassing him and then firing him after he complained. Stephen Dux says he was assigned to be Wassong's driver and that on several occasions Wassong, 75, met him standing naked in the doorway and exhibited "abusive behavior." A settlement was paid in 1995 to 15 former assistants who claimed Wassong sexually harassed them.

A former security employee for Del Laboratories Inc. has filed a lawsuit accusing the company’s ex-chairman and CEO of sexually harassing him and firing him after he complained.
Stephen Dux, 45, of Westbury, N.Y., says the harassment began when he was assigned to be then-CEO Dan K. Wassong’s driver and went to his Carlyle Hotel apartment to pick him up on April 2, 2003. The lawsuit names the company and Wassong as defendants.
