Meyers, Nave, Riback, Silver & Wilson partners are hoping the second time's a charm, as the Oakland, Calif., firm attempts another foray into Los Angeles. "We've been looking forward to and thinking about this for a number of years," says Steven Meyers, who launched the firm in 1986. After Meyers Nave folded its first attempt at an L.A. office, the public agency law firm turned to Sacramento, where it has 10 attorneys and plans a move to a larger office in July.
