Federal Trade Commission Chairman Deborah Platt Majoras appointed two senior enforcement officials in the agency’s bureau of competition on Tuesday.

Kenneth L. Glazer, formerly of Coca-Cola Co., and David P. Wales Jr., formerly a partner at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, were appointed deputy directors in the commission’s office responsible for merger-related issues. Wales and Glazer will report to bureau director Jeff Schmidt.
