A Bronx man who enlisted his ex-wife to help kick his ex-girlfriend out of the house that he and his then-wife bought together has won the most recent battle in the protracted eviction dispute.
Bronx Civil Court Judge Mitchell Danziger has denied the motion to dismiss filed by the ex-girlfriend, Isabella Reyes, thereby allowing the action filed by Jose Valentino and his ex-wife, Mary Valentino, to head to trial.
