The Berkeley, Calif., Sea Scouts are stuck sitting by the dock of the bay, not mooring their boats on it.
The California Supreme Court ruled Thursday that the city of Berkeley had the right to deny free mooring at its marina because of the anti-gay and anti-atheist policies of the seafaring organization’s chartering parent, the Boy Scouts of America.
