The California Surpeme Court has ruled that the city of Berkeley had the right to deny free mooring at its marina because of the anti-gay and anti-atheist policies of the seafaring organization's chartering parent, the Boy Scouts of America. The city claimed that the Boy Scouts' policy clashed with a city resolution denying free berths to nonprofit organizations that discriminate.
