In what effectively is Pepper Hamilton's second salary hike this year, the firm is increasing pay for all of its offices, effective April 1. Each office will get a $10,000 increase, with the exception of Detroit and Harrisburg, Pa., which will go up by $7,000, according to firm executive partner Robert E. Heideck. When preparing its budget for 2006, the firm instituted increases for each associate level by an average of $9,000. The latest increase is in addition to that, Heideck said.
