Dallas firm Davis Munck has doubled the size of its litigation group by merging with eight-lawyer litigation boutique Butrus Khoshbin Wilson Vogt. The newly formed Davis Munck Butrus is a 30-lawyer firm with offices in Dallas and Charlotte, N.C. John Butrus says he has spoken informally with Davis Munck co-founders about a merger over the years, and that now "the time was right."
