Chicago-based Winston & Strawn's executive committee has selected Thomas P. Fitzgerald as its next managing partner. The committee also named Thomas J. Frederick to head its litigation practice globally and Rex L. Sessions to lead the labor and employment practice group. Fitzgerald will take on his new duties in August, when James M. Neis, the firm's managing partner since 1993, steps down to resume practicing law full time.
