This month’s opening of a Fish & Richardson office in Atlanta is the latest indicator that the city’s intellectual property law market is getting more competitive.

The 350-lawyer, Boston-based firm opened its 10th office by plucking five lawyers from Jones Day’s Atlanta office: partners Nagendra “Nick” Setty and Daniel A. Kent and associates Christopher O. Green, Troy A. Van Aacken and Noah C. Graubart.
