Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Blue Macellari sued Rusty Carroll, his Carbondale, Ill.-based company R2C2 Inc. and South Carolina-based Digitalsmiths Corp. in August, alleging copyright infringement, invasion of privacy and damage to her reputation. She had sought more than $100,000.
