"First year, they scare you to death," the adage goes. �Second year, they work you to death. Third year, they bore you to death." A survey conducted by the Indiana University Center for Postsecondary Research to measure student assessments of the quality of their legal education seemed to verify the saying. Patrick O'Day, the survey's project manager, said, "There is definitely a feeling that the third year can be a time of squandered [educational] opportunity, and that students aren't being challenged."
