On Jan. 1, the Collin County, Texas, firms of Albin & Harrison and Roach LLP will merge to create Plano-based Albin Harrison & Roach, one of the largest firms in the region, Albin & Harrison partner Curtis Harrison says.
With 12 lawyers, four of whom will be partners, the new firm grew out of discussions that started in August 2005, according to Harrison. He says the founding partners of the Roach firm, John Roach and Laura Roach, approached him and his partners about a merger.
