Lynn Axelroth didn’t expect to be the managing partner of Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll’s Philadelphia office for as long as she has. “I thought after seven-plus years it was time for a change,” she said.

And that change comes in the form of another Lynn: Ballard Spahr litigation partner Lynn Rzonca. She will take over for Axelroth, who is stepping down from her post, effective Jan. 1.
