International law firm Reed Smith is adding three former Bird & Bird attorneys to its London office to anchor its U.K. life sciences transactions practice.
Joining as partners are John Wilkinson — a former joint head of London-based Bird & Bird’s international life sciences group — as of this month, and Nicola Maguire, a partner in Bird & Bird’s corporate group and member of its life sciences group, as of next month. George Pickering, a senior associate specializing in life sciences in Bird & Bird’s Brussels office, will join them in early 2006.
