Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom has lured away Linklaters partner Dominic Tsun.

The New York-based global giant acquired Tsun from the British firm to beef up its recently launched Hong Kong law corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions practice. Tsun will be Skadden’s second partner in the practice group, which is headed up by Nick Norris. Skadden has about 25 attorneys in its Hong Kong office.
