As the fall recruiting season gets underway, Sarah E. Davies will be focusing on diversity in her new role as firmwide hiring partner for Cozen O'Conner. She said she is excited to be able to expand her role beyond lateral hires to senior-level associates and recruitment for summer associates, adding: "I love doing the hiring stuff. You get to figure out the personality and quirks of people." Davies will hire for the 540-attorney firm's 24 offices, including those in London and Toronto.
