According to partners at Duane Morris, a vote at that firm was scheduled to take place Thursday, with an official announcement expected soon afterward. One Duane Morris lawyer, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said, "Duane Morris has never acquired a full firm, ever. This is the first one in 100 years."
