A disbarred personal injury lawyer and his attorney son stole $1.1 million from clients, Pennsylvania prosecutors said in charges filed Tuesday. Each were charged with multiple counts of theft, and the son also was charged with conspiracy. The attorney general's office said 59 alleged victims have so far been identified, including eight children. One victim who is owed $80,000 from a 2003 settlement ran out of money and ended up living in a shelter, prosecutors said.
