A Turkish computer hacker suspected of attacking the Web sites of Microsoft, CNN International and other companies was charged with cyberfraud Friday following his arrest Thursday in the southern city of Adana. Police also announced Friday that the hackers who unleashed the computer worm Zotob, which targeted a vulnerability in Microsoft's Windows 2000, were captured in operations by the FBI and Moroccan police.

A Turkish computer hacker sought by the FBI on suspicion of attacking the Web sites of several well-known companies and media outlets was charged with cyberfraud Friday.
Police captured the 23-year-old suspected hacker, identified as Atilla E., in the southern city of Adana on Thursday, nearly a month after the FBI asked for help from Turkey, the Anatolia news agency reported.
