JetBlue passengers whose personal information was used without their knowledge didn't show they suffered any harm and aren't entitled to damages, a New York federal judge says. Judge Carol Bagley Amon signed an order Friday dismissing a class action against JetBlue, Acxiom Corp., Torch Concepts and SRS Technologies. JetBlue and the Acxiom database management company gave passenger information to Torch, an SRS subcontractor trying to identify people who might be a risk to military installations.
