Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis has made its second significant acquisition in New York this year, acquiring Manhattan-based litigation boutique Fieldman Hay & Ullman.

The four-attorney firm brings with it three partners — Henry J. Fieldman, John J. Hay and Anthony B. Ullman — and senior associate Edward D. Manchester. The firm features a mix of commercial and construction litigation and will increase the Schnader Harrison lawyer count in New York to roughly 30 when its lawyers officially make the move on June 30.
