The 3rd District Court of Appeal is putting lawyers on notice that being disbarred could make it tough to find other state-regulated job opportunities.
The Sacramento appellate court on Tuesday held that former attorney Bernard Jerome Berg could be denied a real estate salesperson’s license after having been disbarred for what an administrative law judge described as “fraud or dishonest dealing.”
