The Fulton County, Ga., deputy who left a loaded gun in a public restroom at the county’s Juvenile Court will be suspended without pay for 30 days and reassigned to the jail.

“This happening after the March 11 incident — it is very upsetting,” said Sgt. Nikita Hightower, a spokeswoman for the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office.
