Holland & Knight's announcement that a partner accused of sexual harassment was stepping down from a top slot to which he'd just been promoted holds lessons for other law firms, experts say. That news was followed by a leak of internal investigation documents, which the firm said unfairly impugned the "reputation of one of the firm's finest partners" -- but it announced shortly afterward that Wright would return to his old job.
