A veteran "60 Minutes" staffer has sued CBS for alleged age discrimination and defamation, charging the network used the flawed report on President George W. Bush's National Guard service as an excuse to try to ease her out. Esther Kartiganer, 67, said her defamation claim is based on a statement by the CBS chairman on the network's Web site. She also says that a woman 20 years younger replaced her, which is part of the basis for her age discrimination claim.
