The Supreme Court declined Tuesday to review the constitutionality of an Alabama law banning the sale of sex toys. The Court also declined to review a settlement appeal from the parents of a teen killed at Columbine High School. In addition, the Court rejected without comment a challenge to its landmark 1973 ruling legalizing abortion by the woman who was at the center of the historic U.S. case.
