An Ohio Supreme Court justice arrested for drunken driving may face an additional charge for allegedly disobeying an officer's order, authorities said. Bowling Green prosecutor Matt Reger said he's considering whether to charge Justice Alice Robie Resnick with failure to comply with a law enforcement officer's order. According to a patrol report, the judge initially identified herself when authorities approached her car Monday but refused to take a field sobriety test and drove off.

A justice on the Ohio Supreme Court arrested for drunken driving may face an additional charge for allegedly disobeying an officer’s order, authorities said.
Justice Alice Robie Resnick, 65, was pulled over near Bowling Green in northwest Ohio on Monday and charged with driving under the influence and driving outside marked lines. She entered an innocent plea through her attorney Tuesday, court documents show.
