In an incident unlikely to improve the public's opinion of lawyers, two men waiting to get into a New York courthouse were arrested for telling lawyer jokes. The complainant? You guessed it: a lawyer. The charges? Disorderly conduct. The men -- founders of a group called Americans for Legal Reform, who have for years stood outside courthouses mocking lawyers -- say the arrest violates their First Amendment rights. No word yet on whether they've retained defense counsel.
