As part of its bid to become a bigger national player, Miami-based Adorno & Yoss announced Thursday that it has agreed to acquire a New Jersey law firm. The merger gives the firm its fifth location outside Florida.
Gerber & Samson, a seven-attorney firm in Wayne, N.J., focuses its practice on employment litigation and labor law representing management, commercial and complex tort litigation, governmental liability and civil rights defense, real estate transactions and estate planning. The firm, which also has a New York City office, is known for its litigation of public fraud and corruption claims on behalf of municipalities.
