Kenneth Suggs, president-elect of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, is considering making a phone call to Sen. Orrin Hatch.
Suggs wants to tell the Utah Republican to blame a Canadian who goes by the name of Leon Master — and not America’s trial lawyers — for a Web site that crows “Get Your Million Dollars From Vioxx Lawsuit.” The site links to several law firms, including Suggs’ Baltimore-based firm Janet, Jenner & Suggs, who have apparently entered deals with Google to serve up links to their firms alongside Vioxx-related content.
