Seeking to block access to a Chinese Web site it says is trafficking in pirated music, the U.S. recording industry is suing four companies that control the domestic Internet's main long-haul pipelines. The lawsuit is the music industry's latest attempt to go after intermediary service providers -- including AT&T Broadband, Sprint and WorldCom. It's also the latest to try to apply U.S. laws to actions in another country.
