In May the U.S. Supreme Court decided the famous Festo case, overturning the 2000 U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit ruling that curtailed the doctrine of equivalents. The decision has inspired anything but unanimity among the IP bar. IP Worldwide asked IP lawyers and professors four questions about Festo and limited answers to two sentences.
