Insurance companies have won another battle in a multibillion-dollar dispute over the World Trade Center. A federal judge in New York ruled that employees of the company that holds the mortgage on the WTC and its insurance advisors can't use the attorney-client privilege to shield communications made after Sept. 11. Insurers say the communications will bolster their claim that the destruction of the WTC was one terrorist attack, not two.
