Congratulations! You are the proud new user of one (1) law library (some assembly required). With proper use and maintenance, your library should provide you with years of service and enjoyment. IMPORTANT! READ THIS FIRST! Before you first use this library, please heed the following warnings: Index entries in some materials may direct you to nonexistent sections. These are often typographical errors and, unfortunately, unavoidable when publishing large, multivolume works, such as those found in your library. You may wish to browse sections with similar entry numbers to see if they are the sections that the index was referring to. Index entries in some of the practice aids may direct you to articles that have been superseded. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you, but we would also like to remind you to always update your research using the pocket parts or other supplements. Loose-leaf services will sometimes reproduce a statute more than once, locating the statute in different sections of the service. This is for your convenience because many loose-leaf services, such as labor reporters, cover a wide range of topics. Do not assume, however, that because a statute has been updated in one part of the service, it will be updated in all parts of the service. Double-check anything you find to ensure it is up-to-date. Because one of the primary purposes of a loose-leaf service is to provide you with current information, you may wonder why you should have to double-check the information’s accuracy. Rest assured that these are still valuable resources. Sometimes sample forms in form books are reproduced in such small typeface that they are illegible. The materials in your library are provided by several publishers. Your librarians are working with these companies to improve your experience using this library in the future. While the individual representatives of these publishers are uniformly friendly and helpful, we sometimes get the impression that the institutional focus of these publishers is to create new products to sell and new ways to market their products. Keeping the above in mind, remember that many of the resources in your library will provide you with invaluable assistance while you perform legal research. Once again, thank you for selecting this law library for your research needs. We hope it will provide you with years of productive use.
