Vietnam veterans suffering from diabetes and prostate cancer after being exposed to Agent Orange won a round Monday in their court battle against the federal government. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the Department of Veterans Affairs must pay retroactive disability payments to thousands of Vietnam vets. The ruling puts prostate cancer and diabetes in line with other diseases known to have links to Agent Orange.
