That's the hope of Cyrus Mehri and Johnnie Cochran Jr., the lawyers behind the two biggest racial discrimination settlements ever -- $176 million at Texaco and $192.5 million at Coke. They've now filed suit on behalf of more than 1,000 black and Hispanic Johnson & Johnson employees. And given that it's a fight over alleged racial bias, it's noteworthy that three of the attorneys on the case are black.
