Rosetta Books continues to successfully battle Random House in a high-stakes case involving the electronic rights to published books. As recently as March 8, the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed a trial judge's decision to allow Rosetta to continue selling certain e-books. Random House had sued Rosetta, arguing that its rights in the paper versions of several well-known books extend to electronic versions.
