Plaintiff Nathaniel Sanks had sued his former employer, PCC Airfoils Inc., a subsidiary of Portland, Ore.-based Precision Castparts Corp., and three officials from its Douglas, Ga., plant over his 1999 firing for "stealing time" from the company.
