The following institutions all provide model arbitration clauses on their web sites: � The London Court of International Arbitration accepts requests for arbitration from parties who have contracted for future dispute resolution and those who agree to LCIA arbitration when a dispute arises. Parties proceed under the LCIA rules or the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law rules and may agree on a wide range of procedural matters, including number and qualification of arbitrators, venue and language of the arbitration, timetable and oral hearings. The LCIA rules are available at London Court of International Arbitration � The International Chamber of Commerce provides arbitration services for international business disputes through its ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris. The court must scrutinize and approve all arbitral awards.
