Falling: ‘The Brady Bunch’
It became painfully obvious the international soap opera that is Elian Gonzalez has gone on far too long when Florence Henderson — Carol Brady turned daytime lite news host — commented that she thought the six-year-old’s father, Juan Miguel Gonzalez, didn’t show enough emotion in a speech after he arrived in the U.S. The speech was being translated Mrs. Brady, and you couldn’t even hear Gonzalez’s voice. Will someone please stop this nonsense and send Elian home. And while they’re at it, could they please send Florence back to syndication where she belongs.
