A federal judge ruled a Westmoreland County, Pa., high school student will not have to reveal the names of classmates who helped create and distribute an e-mail message ridiculing the school’s athletic director.
U.S. District Judge Donald E. Ziegler granted Zachariah Paul’s request for a protective order to keep secret the names of students who received or passed along a “Bozzuto Top 10 List” that mocked Bill Bozzuto of Franklin Regional High School.
