Julia "Butterfly" Hill, who spent two years living in a redwood tree in an effort to halt the logging of old-growth forests is suing because of a recent ad campaign for wireless services company OmniSky. Hill claims the ad misappropriates her likeness and uses it for commercial purposes. In her suit, she says that the ad "degraded the sacrifices" she made.
