Michael Skakel, charged with the 1975 death of Greenwich, Conn., neighbor Martha Moxley, is in judicial limbo. Following a hearing, Skakel awaits word on whether he'll face charges as an adult -- or as a juvenile, in which case he would likely go free. In addition, the statute of limitations in 1975 prohibited prosecution of a crime, even murder, after five years. But the pressure is on to try Skakel now as an adult.
