A federal judge has dismissed a paralegal’s pregnancy discrimination suit against a Delaware County law firm after finding she couldn’t prove that she suffered any “adverse employment action.”

“Not everything that makes an employee unhappy constitutes an adverse employment action,” Senior U.S. District Judge Clifford Scott Green wrote in his 12-page opinion in Siko v. Kassab Archbold & O’Brien.
